If the bride likes skiing, you can book a mountain chalet with a nice fireplace, take a good wine, and provide unforgettable moments for a future bride. If you don’t have the necessary equipment, inform yourselves if there is any available equipment to rent.

Is the bride an incurable romantic? A convertible, a nice basket of fruits, sandwiches and salty snacks, as well as a bottle of champagne… won’t she be delighted? So, get to work and organize a picnic at the country, preferably in a calm place where the bride likes to go for a walk in those sunny afternoons. Prepare some mimosas (Champagne with fruit juices) to serve in the sun and enjoy a fantastic afternoon.

Is the bride fond of radical sports, you can raise her adrenaline to the maximum, during a whole weekend. Relax in the fresh air and get ready for true radical moments. Dress for that purpose and practice rafting, go for long walks, practice paintball…You can do it!

If the bride likes nature a good option will be an out door party. The best is to pepare some tents, inform yourselves about the natural parks, carry some bags on your back and there you go, on your way to meet nature. Inform yourselves about the activities that the park offers, like horse riding, canoeing, fishing, etc. It is crucial for all guests to know which accessories and clothes to take.

The most important part is to know which type of silhouette will flatter your figure the best. Look at photos of each type. Pay attention to photos of real women wearing gowns, rather than relying on professional photos of models wearing them. You should aim to try on an example of each shape to get an idea of what you like. Have a think about what you consider to be your best and worst features, the perfect dress will disguise or draw attention from your least favorite parts and highlight all the best bits.
The shape of your skirt will have a strong influence on the whole look of your outfit on the day. Whatever you choose should make you feel gorgeous but should also be comfortable.
1. The ball gown shape may be a full tulle skirt in a ballerina style, or a heavy or structured fabric. This kind of skirt suits many figures and can disguise a pear shape, but be aware that on a fuller-figured woman this style of dress can emphasizes the bride’s size rather than flatter her best features. For a very short and small bride it may be overwhelming to her small frame.
2. A-lines are not as full as ball gowns. A-line dresses usually have vertical seams that run from the top of the dress all the way to the bottom, with no seams coming across the dress at the waistline. This style is flattering to most brides, particularly those that are pear-shaped or fuller-figured. A-line wedding dresses are also flattering on petite women. As we stated earlier, this style lengthens the body.
3. Sheaths flatter women with slim, balanced figures. This gown will not hide any flaws.
4. An empire line dress waist gowns have a skirt that falls from just below the breasts. This style has a seam just underneath the bust and then falls away to the floor; it usually suits smaller-busted, slim women. It is a wonderful choice for a casual, non-formal wedding, or weddings in a tropical climate.
5. A column dress has a sleek modern line that is usually quite figure-hugging. These usually suit slimmer brides and those that are tall. Petite brides can also try this style on.
6. A fishtail dress is similar to a column dress but will usually put more emphasis on the bride’s curves. This style is often cut on the bias, and is quite figure-hugging until after the knee when it flares out.
You could choose a dress with sleeves, alternatively a sleeveless dress but cover your arms with a jacket, shrug or wrap.

Today, not many people want to do things that are very traditional anymore, meaning that they want something that is more modern. Funny wedding vows are an example of modern wedding practices that are growing in popularity. Writing funny vows for the wedding is not a hard thing to do. However, there are a few things that you should keep in mind when writing marriage vows of this nature. For example, it should be something that is not planned. The funnest vows are the ones that just happen. Often the funniest variations are those made upon existing traditional wedding vows, but with a slight twist.

Something else to remember about having funny wedding vows is that inside jokes work the best. Although it may only be funny to a few people, it is going to be super funny. This usually makes other people laugh as well. The only thing that you have to worry about when using inside jokes is that it may leave a few people feeling like they are kind of separated from the rest of the audience. Remember, to be creative when coming up with funny vows for the wedding, you need to note that that using funny vows only works if it goes with your personality. If you are not typically a funny person, then most people are not going to understood where it came from.

Something that usually turns out to not be funny is when you speak in terminology. For example, let’s say you like video games and you relate everything in your vows to video games. Sure, this could be funny for some people, but a lot of people are not going to understand what you are talking about. Something like this is funny, because it is just slipped in there. Also, it’s funny, because everyone is going to get the joke. Of course, this should be done at a wedding that you are in with people that are going to understand your joking ways.

The best thing that you can do is to not over think anything. The jokes that just seem to flow out of you are always the best. Also, the jokes that are kind of truthful are always funny as well. Of course, they have to be truthful in a funny way. For example, saying something like:

“I take this women to be my wife. For richer for poorer…..or at least until she spends all of my money.”

These kinds of jokes are crowd favorites, because they are not expecting them. People expect to go to a wedding and see something very romantic, but when you add in a little bit of humor to your vows, then it turns into a joyful event, and that is what people want. People want to have fun and have a good time at your wedding. So give them something that they want. Also, by making it funny, you can rest assured that your wedding is going to be something that you never forget.
