A romance is something that can be created. It is not only a lighting of a candle or writing poems, drinking wine or eating chocolate, having a dinner near the see…Here are more romantic ideas to be added to your life!
.
Dance the Night Away
Isn’t that romantic to go dancing together? In bar, disco, on the street, dancing opens emotions and refresh feelings!
.
See a Ghost
The Phaaantom of the Opera! You can visit one of the greatest Opera Houses in London, Milan, or Vienna and enjoy the magnificent atmosphere of the stage performances!
Walk on the Beach
Sometimes the best things in life are the simpl
iest: hand in hand, walking on the warm sand, listening to the soothing sound of the surf… It can be Greece, Spain, Maldives, United Arab Emirates, Caribbean islands… no matter where you go, just enjoy being together!
.
Take a Cruise
No, not the predictable one…It can be a canal cruise in Amsterdam, city of unique architecture and magnificent sights. You can visit the Van Gogh Museum and its immense collection of more than 800 works by the most influential of all contemporary painters. Do not, however let passion take to the extremes: It is Amsterdam! Good option for lovers is charming Venice, where you can enjoy the beauty of the unique town, have the canal cruise in canoes, and fall in love again!
Have a Ball
Speaking of tailor-made, a masque or gala ball would seem in order. Did Strauss invent the walz or the walz invented Strauss? Look for the answer in Vienna, the only city in the world where balls, as opposed to smaller modern dancing dinners, still rule the social life of winter. The ball of balls is the annual Vienna Opera Ball, held on February 19th at the Vienna Opera.

June 27, 2009 by Katerina
Choosing new stylish sunglasses remember that your first task is to protect the eyes from harmful ultraviolet rays.
Scientists distinguish three types of UV rays:
- UVA rays are not the most dangerous, however they still can potentially cause damage to your eyes and should be evaded.
- UVB rays are the shortest ones; they can penetrate deep into tissue, leading to cataract or keratitis (cornea desease).
- UBC rays do not give us any concern as they hardly reach the Earth, being entirely stopped and absorbed by ozone.
Find out whether the sunglass provides sufficient UV protection. You wil find this information on the price sticker. It is not recommended to wear sunglasses with lower then 60-70% protection.
The blue light is considered to be the one you shall avoid the most. Wear your sunglass and take a short look to the sky. Usual blue colour should turn to greyish.
Polarization is another useful sunglass characteristic. You will most likely need it if you like waterskiing or similar sports, and do not want to endure a glare. Polarization means the reflected from water or snow sunrays, which induce glare, will be stopped by the filter in special layer on the lenses.

“…you have to visualize it, and feel it, and study it, and do everything you can to experience it – before you can make it happen for yourself, and ultimately make it into a habit. It may take you 46 attempts to get your first big victory – but once you get it – you can get it again.”

Pilates practice was devised by Joseph H. Pilates in 1920s and was aimed at rehabilitation.
Two main aspects of Pilates system are: exercises work all your body and keep in tension core, deep muscles, especially at low back, abdomen, and hips. They require coordination of breathing with the movements to help relax and to get maximum result.
In spite of significant exercise stress you will get during Pilates, it will not create voluminous muscles. Regular exercises lead to elongation, strengthening and restoring your body to natural balance and harmony. It is usually recommended by physiotherapists as harmless program suitable for any age and fitness shape.
Classic Pilates consists of several hundreds resistance mat exercises, binding together strength and training targeted at posture improvement, lean muscles creating, and relaxation. You can also use Pilates resistance band, ball and circle to diversify your program.
Pilates often considered to be very similar to Yoga, however their breathing systems differ significantly. Carrying on Pilates exercises you have to pull in your stomach with breath, while during Yoga the stomach has to be expanded. Furthermore Yoga requires less movement than Pilates.

What are the Most Irritating Features Women have?
June 15, 2009 by Chanterelle
It is a well-known fact that women are not angels.
But what are the most irritating features of character and habits we have that are sometimes unbearable and irresistible?
Why does a man sometimes fervently desire to suffocate his beloved part?
• When a woman does not know what she wants. A woman should be a personality, interesting to talk to. A man wants to be proud of his woman.
• It is quite obvious that men do not like indifferent and frigid women.
• Vulgar and rude women are also exasperating. Smoking, drinking and abusive language do not make us more attractive.
• On the other hand they do not like when a woman is too much emotional and presuming (tears, hysterics, hundred callings a day, etc.) Too jealous women, providing too much control frighten men. The most irritating thing is when a woman does not trust her man. It is a 100% way to destroy relationships.
• When a woman can not go out without make-up, even if she goes to the nearest shop to buy bread and butter she needs to look flawless and vice versa men do not like when a woman is untidy and slatternly. (So, where is way out? Perhaps, we should strike a happy medium? )
• When women are bursting with envy when they see other women have more precious jewelry, more fashionable dress or purse, more stylish hair-do etc. Shopping obsession also exasperates.
• When a woman is lucratively inclined. Nobody wants to be just a fat purse and satisfy just physical needs. It actually concerns both women and men.
• When a woman is stupid or just pretends to be a little silly doll. Men want a personality!
A lot of things may be irritating or annoying but we should remember that there is no ideal person.
And even if such a person existed our life wouldn’t be so interesting and multifarious.
